Just to clarify, Blizzard will sometimes issue an action before you have a chance to see any in-game warnings if you are being heavily reported by your fellow players. Disruptive behavior has no place in Overwatch and relying on waiting for the warning to appear in order to work around being disruptive is not acceptable.

Why was it said? Do you have at least one example of this warning appearing DURING THE GAME, and not after restarting it? If my memory serves me, gratitude for reports (including false ones) does not appear in the same way without restarting the game
The process is completely automatic and completely broken.
With regards to blocking, there are several scenarios.
- You got a lot of reports, crossed the X line.
The warning will appear, however, with a delay and only after restarting the game.
- You got A LOT of reports, crossed the Y line.
You will still see the warning, however, after your punishment is over.
That is why to get permban for gameplay sabotage you have to get punished as much as 12 times. Try not to hide behind common words but to operate with facts.
In fact, this is intended to show that the community does not like your behavior and this is a suggestion for you to reconsider your behavior. Over such terrible things as the wrong choice of a hero (or even one tricking).
But people like you prefer violence, don’t know the meaning of words like “rethinking” and “spreading.” And in all things they see only an opportunity for abuse.
I don’t think you understand how this system works at all, because your knowledge is not based on actual verification, but on letters on the Internet.
Exactly for this reason you speak in general terms that do not carry almost any meaning. “Be good and don’t be bad”.
