I’m rooting for the Gladiators, I feel like they might stand a chance but it will be a tough fight for them.

Bethesda conference will be happening in the middle of this match as well so my focus will be in and out of this match. Hoping for some more info on Elder Scrolls.

Why… do people… fight the titans in a goat v goat brawl? Has nobody learned this by now?

DO NOT FIGHT THEM IN A GOAT MIRROR MATCH!!!

EXACTLY my thoughts!
I predict that nobody will ever beat the Titans just by staying on goats all the time. I’m sure you can beat Vancouver but NOT in a mirror match. No chance.

Exactly fusion, Outlaws managed to get a map off of the Titans by doing the following…

  1. Playing dps heroes
  2. NOT playing into the Titan’s strengths
  3. Forcing the Titans to play the Outlaw’s game
  4. Keeping them pressured and out of their comfort zone…

but the second they went off this winning strat and went to Goats, the Titans ‘pimp’ slapped them and said ‘get off the stage’ 3 maps in a row…

I’m always for good tactics over pure skill mechanics.
OK, Titans even ruled with a non-goats combo on point A Paris (Sym!!! ^^) but right now, LA still holds point B without goats.

here we go pro teams… ‘proof’ on how to beat the titans… ‘dont play goats against the masters of goats’

play dps, pull out those star dps players you have, play ‘your’ game… dont go goats and just headbutt your way to defeat…

Where is your god now, Titans? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

More proof, the titans lack the dps players to play em effectively, they are a GOATS team, they MASTER goats… remove their goats and suddenly they can’t compete nearly as well.

Goats have to stay together to win together and lose together

But DPS, dps heroes can work in pairs, work alone if they must, and they excel at dealing ‘tons’ of damage, thats why they are dps heroes…

I was expecting more surefour after stage 2. I’m not disappointed.

If they bring out Striker (the Titans’ Hitscan specialist), you guys might be eating your words. That being said, Paris is a GOATS unfriendly map overall (mainly due to the Bunker threats). The remaining maps still work to benefit the GOATS playstyle that Titans can play with.

I will note however, GOATS is slowly starting to be worn out. Teams in the league are refining map specific strategies so well or playing 3-3 variants to where the standard 3-3 is now defeatable. GOATS is not gone yet by a long shot, but its no longer invincible.

Your words in god’s ears. ^^ Let’s hope more teams went more creative and go more like Chengdu Hunters style or even better, Clockwork Vendetta style! :sunglasses:

Gladiators running Rein Goats…

Bashing your head against the wall yet Dave?

“Have I ever told you what the Definition of Insanity is? It is doing the exact same thing… over and over… expecting s*** to change. Crazy, isn’t it?”

and i would bash my head against a wall Myst, but sadly the wall got a court order saying that if i bash against it anymore i’m going to get evicted, so i have to grit my teeth and bear it lol…
