Every time I try to launch OW, it says server error and sends me to the log in screen. I try to log in, and it does it again. It has been doing this for 3 days now and I can’t log in.

This is a known issue, see this statement from Blizzard Customer Support:
Why can I join a game but keep getting kick after the Comp starts?
This is often the sign of something between you and the connection to the game server acting up, whether it be your router, your ISP, or a network hub in between. These can be very frustrating to troubleshoot, but usually the best course of action is to run a WinMTR test.
If you can review these instructions, but please start your own topic to post with any results you would like for MVPs or Blizzard Support to review (as your problem is not the same as the topic of this thread).
