That’s unfortunate 
. I tried reproducing this in the Practice Range with several heroes and it seems to happen to me too (as best that I can discern). For reference, I am encountering this on the Microsoft Xbox Series X platform.
The “good news” is that we don’t appear to be alone:

- Camera zooming in and out on any kills. UI still seen at end
- Insane amount of camera shake when shooting since patch
- Camera Shake Bug (ALL HEROES)
- There is a bug that enlarges the screen when killing
- Screen pulsating whenever enemy is hit
- Screen Flinches on Direct Hits
- Glitching on PS5 and PS4
- Fix the camera shake
