Same here… I coudnt select Hero, I can navigate through main menu of the game, before you get in a game.

Same thing happened to me. Got only a 8 minute suspension but lost SR and Endorsement level.

This happened to me twice: first in competitive mode and lost 50 SR. Very upset that i lost SR because of a glitch that was out of my control. The second time was in quickplay, so i wasn’t too upset. Regardless however, this bug needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks Griever.
every game has its bugs. its unfortunate but I’m sure that they’re on top of it. For as big as an online game as Overwatch is, getting everything right can be very difficult.

Yep, just lost 50 SR because of this stupid glitch. Love it. Glad i’m getting penalized for overwatch’s mistake.
anyone just get an update for the game? i don’t mean the large patch, but a super small one since we’ve all started having these problems.

This happened to my friend and then to me. In both cases we had just equipped an item from a loot box right as we got into a match. Then we were unable to move in the lobby and had to force quit.
Same issue. Didnt help I lost the game before so I literally lost 75 SR in 2 minutes.
