Exact same happened to me just a few minutes ago was searching for a game and then it seemed to put me into one with the search bar still running ? My menu was over the top of the game and I could not move. I attempted to turn off the menu but it wouldn’t let me and I spammed the rejoin game button nothing happened. Ended up alt F4 thinking I may be able to rejoin but nope lost something like 60-70SR or something stupid and a 10 minute ban -_- NOT Impressed !

Had this happen at the start of a Junkenstein Revenge game. A voiceline menu appeared on the bottom left of the screen. I could not move or shoot.

Same thing just happened to me, lost close to 50 SR. Ended up getting kicked from the game for inactivity cause it wouldn’t let me move
This just happened to me as well on Xbox One. would like that SR loss to be compensated because I was on quite the win streak my guys. Was still able to open up menu, Xbox home, and switch heroes. Not able to move though, and clearly was on the games end.

just had it twice in a row, once it let me leave and rejoin, the second time it already said rejoin match on menu and I couldn’t just restart game, but had to quit out entirely to desktop, took too long to load back up b4 suspension
got bug where i was in game but my cursor was up and i couldnt move or anything just see my character and lost 57 sr. thats bs and i want my sr back

Same thing happened here. Luckily I was only playing arcade. I tab to my internet browser while waiting for a game. When I tab back because the game is found, the main menu overlay is on my screen and I can’t move or use abilities in game.
Same thing, I just lost 50 sr that I had just won… So I basically just wasted 35 minutes of my life and got my wins cancelled. Couldn’t do anything in game. Would be nice to get my 50 sr back since I didn’t decide to not play the game…

got kicked from round as inactive menu wont go away only thing I noticed is you get a black screen usually before it happens. now ive also lost 1 level of good player reputation from 4 to 3 because of this happening twice. geesh glad I didn’t play comp and have this happen.

I just ran into this when I left a game of Junker and went to the menu and the Chat box was raised about a good 6 inches from where it’s supposed to be at. Tried joining a quick match and it still was there, hit escape and the menu to look for a game was still there… while I was in a game lol.

i would like my 50 SR given back for the same issue and have it removed that ive left a comp match, i dont want stacking penalties for an issue caused by an update. lose enough SR from playing cant afford to lose it for no reason.

Same issue here. Happened Twice . 100 SR LOST and a 15 Min suspension. Its so nice that Blizzard is silent about an issue that is of there own doing. ANYTHING GOING TO BE DONE TO MAKE UP FOR THE SR LOST AND THE TIME SPENT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF TODAYS PATCH ?
