I completed the Twitch drop for Kiriko’s Voice Line and Sukajan skin, I claimed voice line first and then a few hours later I claimed the Sakujan skin around 10pm last night on 10/07/22. I received the Kiriko friends voice line but I haven’t received the Kiriko Sukajan skin. Normally my twitch drops are sent fairly quickly once they are claimed. Is there any reason it isn’t being sent to my account?
Everything is linked, I am able to claim and receive the voice line, my girlfriend claimed her twitch drops at the same time I claimed them and she got them both within 10 minutes.

Same here, but I didn’t even receive the voice lines, then I discovered that my battle.net just unlinked by itself my twitch account (on twitch was fine, I did reconnect as said in the official post), even after I reconnect again, I didn’t receive anything.

Same situation for me! I linked everything before it started, claimed both the voice line and the skin on twitch, and only got the voice line! I don’t understand why I don’t have the skin yet.

The skin did show up for me after about an hour tonight, so hopefully it is just delayed for you.

they say maybe it take 24h to recive the skin or voice line so i have the same issue i didn’t get the skin so i have to wait i hope we get the drops soon

Everything is linked properly.
I claimed both the voiceline and skin on Twitch on Oct 7th.
Only received the voiceline in-game, while the skin is still locked.

Same, it been almost 48 hours and I have not received the skin. i hope it goes through correctly soon enough before then end of this first twitch drop event.
