same issue here - my bnet was connected in my twitch settings but not fully in bnet settings to my twitch - rlly hoping im actually able to play…

Same I just finished with mine and I have not received it yet. If people dont get it this is going to be bad for blizzard as they will lose more of the fan base I was about to quit until OV2 beta came out but if i dont get it im going to quit overwatch as well as 10s of thousands of other people.

Hey all,
Some players reported connecting on Bnet after claiming on Twitch and it worked for them. I cannot personally verify this since my code didn’t come from Twitch.

You can’t even get into your account settings to double check right now. I know mine are linked on both twitch and Bnet and I still haven’t received the beta. It’s been 3 hours.

Still no luck on my end, even after making sure the connections were made. Just a matter of patience I guess. 
I claimed it couple of hours ago, still no access on my account, everything is linked properly.

Right after I typed this it appeared for me on the launcher.

Same issue for me, both accounts are linked, don’t have access. My friend only has it connected via the twitch settings and got his access almost immediately…
My friend has it but not from twitch drops
Do both sides need to be connected? I only had twitch to battle.net, not the other way
3 hours since I claimed, still nothing lol. Not sure why dev’s insist on using twitch drops to get beta access to their game, I can’t remember a single time it has worked properly.

Yeah, they both need to be connected. I think as long as Twitch to Bnet was first, you should be able to connect the other and still get it. That’s what others reported. This is not an official stance on the matter.

That’s a fair statement. I personally don’t like Twitch at all, but I’ve had to use it for sprays/skins/etc.

I linked my battle.net account through twitch claimed the drop, then realized that I can also connect through battle.net. I have both connected now and I have been waiting a couple of hours and nothing.

Honestly next time yall should just email game codes instead of using Twitch, ive had issues with them before
I don’t work at Blizz, so no control over beta code distribution practices.
The only time I’ve ever seen it work properly for me is when Valorant did their beta key drops. Every other time there’s issues like this. It’s super disappointing
