Twitch drop not working

Ive got the twitch drop for ow2 and claimed it for 2 hours ago, and yet its not appearing on my battlenet client. I have linked the twitch channel to my battlenet account and restarted the application multiple times.

Yes. I double, triple checked that my account is linked.

It has now been almost 2 hours since I’ve claimed the drop and I still do not have beta access. I am very frustrated

both twitch and bnet are linked for me.

Don’t panic yet. Thousands are going out, some are waiting hours to get the code.

It was only connected from twitch to bnet not the other way around. Now that i have connected it both ways will i receive it by time or do i have to do anything more?

I think they needed to be connected before watching, but we don’t have an official word on that.

So i can’t get a closed beta key for ow2?

if thats true, I cant get the drop 2 times on twitch cause I already clamed one.

I can confirm that it only needs to be connected one way. My friend connected his bnet to twitch (already had it the other way) and once he connected it it was fixed right away and he could play. I am not able to see the beta and it didn’t work for me, and I have done exactly as he has. I have been waiting for two hours and have tried every fix I can find.

Well it has been over 10 min since i connected it both ways and still nothing. Im not sure its gonna fix itself

I cant even log into my account settings without a 502 gateway error to check if my bnet is linked

same here, was claimed prior to linking my account. going to be pretty ridiculous if you cannot play because you claimed a drop before linking accounts…

Same issue here. My account was linked through twitch, got the drop, claimed it, then noticed Battle.net hadn’t recognized the connection. Fixed that, still does not show up in my battle.net client.
I’ve never seen a twitch connection that wasn’t recognized on the other end.
