I really don’t want to see Tracer in a leather studded hat with leather studded straps for clothing thanks.
I’m not suggesting non-intervention. I’m not saying it should be ignored or hidden. I’m just saying that if you want to normalize something, it should be treated as something normal. Either homosexuality is normal or it’s not, and (hopefully) most people would say that it is. I think awareness and education are good, but I don’t see it as something to be celebrated, at least to the extent that a lot of people suggest. Again, it’s just my opinion and I know I’m in the minority.
Now you are victimizing yourself, that is another step in seeking attention. Since you don’t seem to clearly read posts I will try to highlight this for you.

I was just trying to be inclusive. Like I said above, I’m just really tired of this debate, and physically tired, and felt like lashing out. I’ll be muting the thread and going back to watching the current charity stream, no more hostility from me today.

There are countries that execute LGBTs or treat it like a terrorist crime and even if you think that your country/state/city is more evolved because you don’t see homophobic actions often doesn’t mean they don’t happen… You likely don’t see them because you don’t go to pride to march in honor of those who died standing up for who they were. Of course the LGBT community will want to have a pride month when thousands of us are killed by ignorance all the time, once we are allowed the comfort to be ourselves anywhere in the world THEN we can be chill about it. Pride is about accepting yourself and inspiring others to do the same while also fighting for respect, to be treated as a decent person, and to rebel against all the awful crimes that happen against LGBT each day.
If you think being LGBT isn’t a big deal then you need to start reading all the horrible stories that we have to live through.
