with all the charity skin ideas going around i’d like to suggest a tracer one for gay pride month? (or any time really, that month just fits.) the proceeds could go to a charity helping lgbt people/teens in need. tracer could have the gay or lesbian flag on her somewhere, i think it would be a nice idea.
(or maybe she could have a cape like her summer skins except the cape is a pride flag)
i also think lgbt people playing the game (such as myself) would really enjoy the skin.

I thought gay people wanted to be accepted into society as the norm? So why do you want Tracer to have rainbows everywhere? That’s the complete opposite of Lesbian normal Tracer we have now
Someone’s gotta teach me about all these “months”. They aren’t official, are they? Like official holidays celebrated for the entirety of a month?
Also…I’m not sure they’d do this. Charity is one thing, but that’s a whole separate topic than this.

A pride Tracer skin would be amazing. I’d probably never unequip it.
Many of them are officially recognized, and the purpose of them it supposed to just be about educating people about historical figures they may miss out on learning about during the course of normal school work. Many activist groups obviously try to raise money for various related causes during those times, but that’s not the main goal of them. It’s an education thing.
eta: They aren’t holidays. There is generally no time off nor is there much in the way of official celebrations. Many groups do choose to celebrate on some particular day with privately funded events, but that isn’t the purpose.

I don’t want to be that guy, but in my opinion the best way to stop prejudice against LGBT is to treat them like normal people. Not that it’s a bad cause, I’d support it 100%, but to me it would feel like separating LGBT people from the rest in an attempt to unite them.
Idk if what I’m saying makes sense, not trying to put down any LGBT people around here x.x

Where did I say it would hurt the gay community? All I said is it would hurt the character.
Problem is this is you’ll need to have a Straight Pride Skin.
There’s no difference between Homosexual and Heterosexual except the sexual preference. There’s no reason to try and separate Homosexual communities after they’ve had such great success in being included into regular society (gay marriage etc.)
Now is the time to unify not separate Sexual differences.
How do you expect someone to learn if all you do is complain that we don’t listen?
Some want to separate themselves, the rest just want to be accepted as normal
Pride month is all about celebration of a group of people historically discriminated against by society. Why wouldn’t you want to see folks celebrate overcoming adversity due to their sexual and/or gender identity…unless you think said adversity is justified
