How is she going to get pregnant if she’s a lesbian?.. I know you can get IVF but wouldn’t her partner want to carry the baby considering the fact that Tracer goes out into dangerous battles and her chrono condition in general?
It just seems out of character for her to get pregnant.

I think the only thing that moves in time and space is what her “translocator” (not sure what’s the name of the device but Sombra’s translocator is based on it) connects to (not including her brain because reasons).
So if the baby isn’t connected to it, she might have an empty pregnancy again since the baby isn’t inside but her body would return back to the state it was 2 seconds ago.
If the baby is connected to it then rip baby. its cells would return back to their original position. Except for its brain because reasons…

Thnx. I’m probably gonna forget it again in like 5 seconds but stilll, you’d expect someone who plays this game for over 5 years to remember something like that and yet I did not.

Don’t worry about it, I had to google it to double check.
I always found Sombra’s real name to be hilarious… there’s absolutely no tension or pay-off to the reveal.

If she recalls, her baby would be fine but she could have a risk to be in severe pain and hurt the child.
She goes back in time, not all stuff with her.
Take the OW2 combo that she done with mei. She activated the device and recalled. The device stayed on the spot while her not.
If she gives a birth of a kid, whatever reason would be, if baby coordinates are outside her on the recall time the link between her child and her will stay her position just got scrambled a bit some cm if had some movement.
On OW physics, inertia still happens. If you go on practice range with sym and roadhog. Put a teleport and coordinate the roadhog hook with him tp on teleport, his position would change but wouldn’t change the vector neither the movement from the hooked target.
Same would happen to tracer recall, even with a link, the recalled target wouldn’t return. She would but depending on her position on that time her body could be at same space as the child and the rulling of “teleportation” is a bit messy.

The real question is, does this apply to when she poops?
This is what I was gonna say. 
The baby will travel with her until the umbilical cord is cut.
She doesnt have to be the one who is pregnant though, it would make sense for her gf to be the one who got pregnant, if they wanted a child that way.
It’s kind of that ship of Theseus thing, right? Is her gut bacteria apart of her? If she has the flu, is the flu apart of her?

If she had already given birth the baby is just gonna stay where it was. Only her body goes bak, not objects she had on her.
I think the real question is if she even could carry a child in the first place.
The fetus wouldnt be “her” so you know, raises questions on if she recalled if it would be left outside her body.
