I am well into top 500 by ~400 SR but my name is randomly not showing up sometimes, but then sometimes it does? The leaderboard sometimes only has like 300ish people and then all 500 and then back to 300. Whats going on??? is this normal…?

it’s not, multiple people have reported the same problem, I’ve also created a thread in hope of getting it fixed but so far nothing, it usually fixes it when you re-open your game, but during the downtime between ow1 and ow2 you wont be able to log on to fix it

Yep. Totally normal. That is just how Blizzard does leaderboards. They are so quirky and unique.
