Currently, the top 500 leaderboards in Overwatch 2 do not update for some players. I have completed 25 games on each role for top 500 combined and I am well within the rank range for top 500 combine on American servers. Yet my rank does not show up on the leaderboard. I have had mobile authentication enabled for a long time and have gotten top 500 combined for the last few seasons with no issue. I have also seen players who have played over 200+ comp games on their role, be high grandmaster, and have mobile authenticator enabled yet they still do not show up on the leaderboard. Can someone please confirm if this is still how top 500 works or has there been a change that I am unaware of.
