My accounts that all have SMS protection and 25 games aren’t showing in Top500. Many of my friends have same issue.

Same here. My rank is Grandmaster 1. My account has been connected to my phone number for a couple years. I have played 178 games of ranked this season. I live in the US and my game is set to the “Americas” region in the Battle Net launcher. I have shown up on the Top 500 leaderboards multiple times in Overwatch 1.

Same here, gm4 on tank, sms up since 2018, 100 games, but not top 500. My smurf is top 500,the account is master 2, this make no sens Noam#21959
