The only rewards for Top 500 in Overwatch 2 now are player titles. I’ve linked the post explaining it here if you want to read more about it: Competitive CTF Top 500 icon - #7 by Brigitte-11594. It’s incredibly disappointing, but it seems the Devs have made up their minds.
