She will annoy me as a doomfist player but she needs it so put it through! notice how I don’t let my hate get in the way of balancing a character/buffing a character, this is aimed at all you people who hate doomfist…

To be fair here, as a Sombra player I actually don’t want it to go through because I think it will simply make the annoying part of her kit more annoying. I think it’s bad for the health of the game, and the wrong way to change her, if at all.
So my opinion here isn’t inconsistent

I’m fine with these changes but if they do prove to be too strong, I’d suggest either upping hack’s cast-time from 0.65 to 0.8s or reducing/removing the buff to decloak fade time.
I absolutely love these changes. I dont know why some people would say it would maker her kit more “annoying”. It feels so smoother now.
Honestly these buffs aren’t enough to make her too strong. It just reduces her downtime so she’s a more viable pick vs other dps who don’t have to remove themselves from the fight every 10 seconds. I expect it to be pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

its funny how the pros are the only ones complaining about it. basically the top 1 percent but yea it would be nice for ladders especially low ranks.

I would rather Sombra and Tracer switch guns. But this works too.

Annoying for other people because it allows you to decloak and start dealing damage or hack them with less time to react.
You know that sombra is the weakest DPS right? It is like Sombra is tickling so where is the worry? I mean the hack is fast but thats what she needs.
I’m well aware. I’m a sombra player with hundreds if not well over a thousand hours on her. Shaving -0.3s off her decloak and allowing her to hack during that time is a significant difference. People already complain about how hard it is to react to hack, and lower tier players arent typically known for their reaction times and precision followup.

Less spread and falloff would be nice.
Some of the people complaining about this buff make it seem like it’s either a crazy strong buff or it’s crazy to buff Sombra at all. Really.
Having tried it out, it feels more like QoL than anything else. I’d have preferred a slightly tighter cap on recoil bloom (a meaningful buff) or a slight increase to her dropoff (nothing huge to either). Still, she needed just a tiny bit of love and this is better than a heavier handed attempt at redistributing her power.
