Andyb said this on a post I made about blizz devs wanting to keep some of the experimental patches… well here we are and some of the experimental changes have actually gone to live… and it doesn’t look like the numbers have been tested with this patch. I mean, I thought blizz tested numbers for months considering how long we had to wait for a balance patch and with how relatively quick this patch came after the experimental. I’m not sure this one was workshopped that hard
