This post is for anyone who does not know exactly how the trust system works and who wants to know what their own trust level is. These posts have pertinent information on just how it’s supposed to work and other information like how to find your own trust level.
I will put the process of finding your trust level in this main post so it’s easier to find.
Basically you find your user ID by going into the blizzard app, and clicking on your username.
Your username paired with the number is your user ID.
Put it in this format: [username]-[the number you got from the Blizzard app.]
For example mine would look like this: Terranguard-11978
and copy it.
place the user ID you have found into this link where it says “your user ID”
https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/overwatch/u/your user ID.json
and open the link.
an example would be my version of the link:
https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/overwatch/u/terranguard-11978.json
Once you’re done with that It will give you a wall of text with information about your trust level, don’t read it yet.
Hold CTRL and push G while you’re holding it down once you’ve opened the page.
A little search box will appear in the top right.
Type the word “trust” into the box and it will highlight all the text containing “trust”.
For most users it will highlight 9 different “trust’s”
Look for the ones in this format "trust_level_[a number]"
Whatever number is next to them is a trust level, the trust level with the highest number is your current trust level.
just ignore the ones that say: "grant_trust_level":null
