Blizzard won’t let me link the pick rates for Overwatch league but you can find them easily enough.
These pick numbers speak for themselves and balance is non-existent in this game. Either pick a one shot character or one on this list, or don’t even bother queueing up in competitive. Absolute dumpster fire of a game that won’t last farther than the next big thing on twitch.
They had 5 days to practice for a 4 day tournament, with a meta based around a new hero.
How much composition variety are you really expecting out of that?
Like even in normal OWL play it usually takes them about 2 weeks to figure out metas.

Well, I’m glad you got accustomed to rapid balance patches, so much so that you take it for granted.

And yeah, it sucks that Sojourn didn’t get nerfed. I’m clueless why that happened as you. But the slow patching style, we’re already beyond the point where they could change it anytime sooner.
Since the rapid balance patch thing is broken until December 6th, and there’s really not much anybody can do about it, considering how slow the old “Wait for an EXE file patch to do balance changes” approach is.
Is this your first video game? I’m guessing it is. All games have meta’s.
