I can’t remember, but it only takes somewhere between 24 - 48 hrs to update my forum profile pic (when I change them in-game). That isn’t too bad for me.
I updated mine like a year ago, it’s just been stuck like this the whole time. I’ve changed it again in-game, relogged on the forums several times, it’s just stuck. I’ll probably have this forever and people will keep thinking I’m a Genji main.

I have to assume it’s the same issue as the profile not found thing that’s never worked since (before?) OW2.
Tbh it seems they have very low skill/knowledge on their own systems. Like how all our data in general is gone. I bet they made a change that broke a lot of things to save time/money and no one knows/cares how it all works.

I think it’s more that they don’t care. They ignore the Overwatch forums for the most part. I think it’s the only Blizzard forum they don’t care about at all.
Well, my point is I’m tying it to the other data issues they have outside of the forums. It’s the type of thing if you know your systems you can probably fix in a night, but if you don’t know you’d have to put in effort to figure out all the puzzle pieces. But yeah they just don’t care ultimately, they have no vision or pride in their work.

I haven’t used this ana icon since Overwatch 1 and have changed my icon in-game at least 15+ times since the launch of OW2. It just doesn’t get updated, nothing can really be done about it no use worrying about it either.

I am actually surprised the forums haven’t just been closed for good. They don’t interact here ever and people always claim the reason is toxicity but you can go onto any social media site and see similar posts from thousands more people that are similar to mine and many others who post here.
Even so, why keep these forums running when they clearly never read them anyways and only use toxic Reddit, twitter, and content creators to determine the balance of the game?
The forums still get used by the staff, thats why theres several annoucement threads.
But i agree, they need to fix the pfp system. Luckily, the Battletag connection still works! For that, i am thankful.
