So true… My tank is often the doom one-trick who gets dominated lol. I prefer playing with a sigma, zarya, or rein.

You don’t actually need rein. I have actually had some amazing results against Zarya. I have been outpacing her in damage ramp even if I straight up beam through her bubble.
I have even made winston cry a bit.

How many of them had mythic weapons? Just curious.
Rein being popular is good for OW imo. He’s their tank icon more or less, imo.
OP’s experience wasnt my experience in my play session last night tho. Ball, Mauga, and Orisa on repeat still for me.
Its an anecdotal opinion so far, we’ll see as time goes on.

Most balance tank in the game, hand me my hammer.
But also makes the most boring games. I am seeing mostly doom and rein. At least doom is dynamic and more fun than shooting that stupid shield.

Because he’s one of the easiest tanks so now that he’s good everyone will be playing their epic based crusader talking about rein mirror or no honor while having no mechanics
