Oh, I’ve definitely given her a test drive since the patch. The changes were good, but she still needs a little something for survivability.
I wish they’d give her the shield back… Then you could charge up on engage as you’re running in without taking all the damage it takes to get in close enough for the beam.
Well yea, I’m a flex-DPS so she kind of is in my roster of things I can play.
It’s just Zarya usually ends up being one of my main targets as Pharah/Junk with either mega blasting the bubbles down or ulting her consistently. Bastion is also really good at shredding her down.
Just speculation but I think the timing is intentional. It’s July 23rd which is just enough time for people to earn mythic prisms and spend them on Ashe because they don’t see the Rein weapon in the shop. Then they create demand to buy more prisms when the weapon skin lands. They probably sell fewer prisms if it’s available to start with.
