I mean, would you care if Mercy mains basically said “We will continue nagging you to put back in some form of Multi Rez until forever, and not provide any other form of design ideas”.
LOL at people trying to protect their precious hero to make Mercy remain overpowered.
Exactly, why the hell would they read the same THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN just written by diffrent people, with diffrent wording, it makes no sense. Do crybabies seriously think that a game developer doesn’t have anything better to do?
And don’t forget to click her head
Where the f did we say we wanted her overpowered? Most of us want a revert/rework that would make her weak but fun again. Lol at the people who spit lies to try and make a non existant point.
Just click on the head of the pilot of the sonic speed plane, it’s not that hard, Just point and click.
Oh and also click on the head of the guy in the skybox like when mercy uses her ult, and don’t forget he will regenerate the bullet you actually hit once in a million times, you have to hit 2 in a row or nothing.
Some people are far toooooo invested in a video game, let alone ONE character from said video game.
Yo mate, there are 27 more heroes to play. Also, forget this game for a moment, there are thousands of other games out there.
One i truly like was Valiant Hearts: The Great War. Go check it out. Maybe it will clear your mind friend.
Lol at the person who makes YouTube videos where they build up a straw man then knock it down so they can get, how did you put it, “sucked off” by Mercy mains.
“Just buff other supports to the level of mercy”
“Just kill the mercy by focusing her”
These type of sentences slip into negative IQ honestly.
Dude, Relax. It’s only game.
Let’s be real. Blizzard hasn’t taken the advice from any hero’s players.
…They make so little sense that i would say it falls into the league of making anti sense.
I main Mercy but im not complaining about her nerf im complaining oh how shes a broken must pick hero because of her rework and a lot of mercy mains took offense to my post because the title was “Toxic Mercy Mains” (The titles since been changed to no longer offend sensitive mercy mains with low self-esteem) and they saw that title and thought of themselves and im pretty sure most of them didn’t even read what my post was about. I agree with what people are saying on here overly sensitive mercy mains ruined the chance for discussion and before i didn’t think this way until i talked to a few on the forms…
I swear mercy mains act so bossy and think they’re on the top of the world and should be listen to 24/7. And then have the audacity to complain that mercy gets it the worst out of every other hero. Like wake up from la la land y’all ain’t special.
Sure but then again they don’t constantly flood the forums months on end with the same exact posts either. If there is a change to nay hero, good or bad it tends to dominate discussions for awhile.
No one spams the forums like mercy mains. Everyone is tired of it becasue nothing new is ever said.
And I’ll keep making videos until she gets fixed ~ <3
You sure? the support changes on the PTR would beg to differ. I am pretty sure every single one of those has been brought up on the forum at soem point or another.
The way the community generalizes mercy players in general is very… dumb
Some of the whining is a bit much, but to say things like ‘Mercy mains are playing victims.’
‘Mercy mains brought this upon themselves’
‘If you find your hero boring play someone else.’
‘Mercy mains run this forum’
Is very mind boggling when you see what balance decisions has happened to the hero yet it is blamed on the players, First of all, blizzard were stubborn with the rework. You can not say mercy mains wanted their hero to be op when the devs clearly dropped the ball on balance that almost every player can say was a bad idea.
People also forget the amounts of whining from:Dva mains, roadhog mains, genji mains, Ana mains have done when their hero was changed.
and when the hero you like is changed to a broken state you didn’t want, gets changed almost every patch, and get called a ‘Boosted brain dead Mercy player’ you would be quite frustrated right?
That part community is a bit of a joke, seriously.
To be fair the only other character that has near the amount of mains is Genji. Locking the megathread wasn’t such a good idea if Blizzard didn’t want spam, it just invites more spam so they screwed the pooch on that one.
When did Reaper get a rework?
Bastion?
Doomfist?
Are these support heroes?
Symmetra got a rework but is far from being a support hero?
Is Symmetra OP because of the rework?
Is Symmetra’s rework already multiple months - almost a year old and received countless nerfs during that time?
Are apples and bananas the same?
Did Mercy players ever had a say regarding the balancing of Mercy after she got reworked?
Did any of the feedback provided by Mercy players over the course of almost a year in the official pinned megathreadS make it onto the PTR for … just testing? Just trying it out?
Are you not entitled to your opinion?
Are you not allowed to voice it on a public forum like this one?
Who are you to tell people what to do, what to say and what to think?
Ever thought of these questions … sunshine?
Try answering those instead of being lazy and just calling people entitled thinking this was an argument to begin with. Hint: It’s not. I would argue it’s not even an argument. It’s just a word thrown out there. To say something. Anything. Because you just got to disagree. Do you actually have something worthwhile to say? Instead of calling your opinion fact (or at least presenting it as such) and everyone else “entitled” wielding that word as if it was something to be ashamed of?
Or, hey, you could just suck this thread up, buttercup.
Nobody HAS to hear anyone’s opinion ad nauseam, not even the developers. You guys aren’t introducing anything new, so it’s not like they haven’t heard your suggestions already. In fact, we all have.
I’m not sure where this idea of “we can repeat ourselves forever and should be listened to forever” comes from. That isn’t going to work anywhere in life.
