The Technical impossibilty of Trust Level Tier 3

Incorrect. It makes you ineligible for a period of time. However, if you receive enough suspensions it can disqualify you permanently.

I personally donā€™t care about level 3. Itā€™s just letting you show pictures. Like woooooooo Human Benderā€™s trapped air fat

People mostly use it to spam memes and unrelated images than actual useful links. Itā€™s good that itā€™s not easy to get.

Thatā€™s probably like < 10 minutes. A large number of posts are just a few words and you dont have to actually stop and read every single one.

Ive been silenced 3 times and I have trust level 3.

all i am saying is that maintaining 20k posts viewed in 100 day period seems more than someone who is on the forums alot. and more like someone who scrolled though posts just to get the rating. i would say 10k would be reasonable and highly achievable for a regular user as opposed to a fanatic one.

regular is not 20k, regular is 10k, 20k is either not reading or a fanatic.

so to make sure you positively contribute and are not a bot, you must go through approximately 3 days of actually reading posts none stop. in this way we can insure that you are a positive influence and not just gaming the system.

maybe if it was easier to get we would get more than memes and unrelated images.

first that is about 50 min, if you average at 15 sec of actually reading posts, and second if i dont have to read them why have me scroll through topics grinding something that is undesirable.

If you have to basically cheat anyway then they might as well change it.

Hum no but I donā€™t want to be that whiny guy here just want to understand. But I use the same type and coded a french video game forum and I can post memes or links, I know blizz donā€™t want their forum be spammed just by memes.

Just quickly (but not too quickly) scroll through 200 posts a day.

I have trust level 3 and i dunno how i still have it i dont even have 1k posts

If it takes you 15 seconds to read each post then youā€™re one of the slowest readers Iā€™ve ever seen. At the time I posted that there were 25 posts in this thread and i was able to read through it and made two posts in like 2 minutes.

ā€œPosts readā€ likely more or less means ā€œposts viewedā€ and itā€™s there to ensure youā€™re actually taking the effort to participate.

Can confirm that Iā€™m insane. Post checks out.

I also got level 3 within a few hundred posts at most. I didnā€™t even know I had it until I checked.

Itā€™s not that difficult :man_shrugging:

I agree with you. The requirements are way too high. But does it surprise you? Blizzard hasnā€™t been a very good company for a while now. Or ā€œdonā€™t you all have phones.ā€

Look at me

I had it once back when I was like 1k posts

never had it since lmao and Iā€™m one of the most active people on the forums

No. You donā€™t read every post that you scroll passed. However, it counts to that read count. The amount required only seems large because you have the misconception that you have to READ every post in strict detail.

For example: there were 33 posts before I replied. I actually have read four of them. However all 33 have counted toward my read count because I scrolled passed them to get to the bottom.

My actual read count is 4 but my counted includes 29 other posts. Almost 10 times as many posts are counted toward me then I have actually read.

Take 20000 posts and divide that by 10. 2000. Which is not a lot.

why quote something, omit the context, and then reply as if the context didnā€™t exist?

just curious

I was actually just about to ask how to know what trust level you have because mine said ā€œregularā€ instead of a number.

Mine has said regular for quite a while. Apparently I had it without even knowing it.

Test it out! Take it out for a spin!

When i saw your post on the EU forums iā€™d understood, though i donā€™t think itā€™s an impossible feat here on the US forums at all.
