He is invencible during it and cannot be damaged, But i pruposely made it slow and predictable so its not overpowered, and its a very clear distinction from tracers blinks, and make it skill based because it requires timing, and meaning that you still need team support beacause people can jsut follow you and shoot you in the face, just from how slow youd be going
(your mov speed would be 8m/s ish, avg movement speed is 5.5m/s so its not really that fast,)
