my question is, is 40% lifesteal necesary now that we got what the character needed?

For the devs, It seems reaper is not using his teleport voiceline naymore, Is this intended? it wasnt in the patch notes!

Also, apparently he is invisible until he can move out? So you can literally just teleport in the middle of a fight and press Q.

If you check the video, i only appear like a milisecond after i can move, so its actually true

That’s pretty nasty considering Sombra have a 0,7s delay before she can act after decloaking…

Its far too much considering his in combat abilities and 40% life steal, he’s going to be nerfed I guarantee it.

personally id prefer we move it back to 30%

it really was an uneeded change

a problem with blizz is that they do changes, and when they explicitly counter what the change was for, they dont remove it,

But this one is a nice one

At low ranks, where people don’t know how to play against him. That’s like balancing basketball around the kids who are just learning to play it.

im not saying to balance the game for low ranks, in fact, i belive that the game should be balanced to the ladder high ranks

But the lifesteal change not only did it NOT help him in the high rank, it just made him OP in the low ones,

so its like a double bad,

That wasn’t his real problem. His real problem was getting in his effective kill range.

I know but I doubt he will need to be made worse after this, 10% won’t hurt much.
He doesn’t need nerfs after this, he has too much counterplay even after these buffs.
