Nobody expects Battle Mercy.
Mercy is my most played! even though i consider myself as a support main, just in case Mercy is being taken by another player and i have to play another character.
and…well, hello everyone!
I’d consider myself an Ana main more than anything else, but Mercy was the first support I enjoyed playing, and she’s still fun for me to play from time to time, even after the nerfs.
You can’t take Ana to a formal though. She has an eyepatch and while I don’t doubt her aim, I think Mercy has a better dancing routine.
@JellyandJam: She doesn’t have an animated short but she does have four highlight intros!
@Swiggam: My group started complaining when I managed to blow away Tracer, something about all the supports wanting to DPS.
@Illumielle: I just tell them I can only play Mercy and they let me play Mercy. Well, it’s worked so far…
Ana is a granma … u cant compare…
i like mercy. i dont care the nerf she looks sexy in witch skin.
I think she needs one of those Lady in Red outfits, and I don’t mean the Lunar New Year one.
My lesson for the day that I’ve discovered today… taking breaks between Quick Matches helps with rage quitting problems. The rage-o-meter goes up on some matches, and goes down when you take a break.
Wonder which Overwatch hero will get made in Heroes of the Storm next…
I play Mercy from time to time. Her pistol does a surprising amount of damage.
I just play heals… most of the time I try to use my pistol I lose cause the enemy has more health, etc.
I only shoot when my team is topped up, or nobody is going after an enemy that’s running around us.
I guess I am either new or lower skill than you, I barely manage to keep alive with all the sniper nests, enemy maneuvering to behind, etc. If I have time to do anything but heal, I usually try to use attack power beam…
Then again, I see all these pro Mercy players, they’re flying around the map like 40 feet in the air. It’s just a lot to take in.
In Heroes of the Storm I play LiLi, she was much easier to learn. If Mercy’s the easiest to learn, I am kinda worried how I’ll learn anything that’s hard xD
Oh I’m definitely no pro Mercy, I mostly play Zen as support, Widow, Mccree and D.va as other heroes.
But once you get better at dodging as Mercy her self healing should keep you alive :v
Thank you.
It’s just more to take in than a game like Heroes of the Storm… in Heroes, you see the whole area around you, so it’s hard for somebody to catch you off guard from behind, and you don’t have stuff happening in mid-air.
But, I mean, Mercy is Mercy and LiLi is a six year old Panda. I have INCENTIVE!
Don’t be such a baby, ribs grow back.
No zey don’t…
Come on, man, every time you get blown away, it’s “a clean bill of health” due to the “wonders of modern medicine!”
Smile for the camera! Wait, that’s not a camera, that’s Widow’s sniper rifle…
Same here but I flex if the heals spots are already taken. I’d like your post but sadly I’ve reached my limit for the day.
+1 upvote for you.
I’m actually surprised that she still has any fan’s after the changes.
I usually ask if the person using Mercy would yield to me, since I am polite they always let me. I’ll learn Lucio too, for emergencies.
@Sinistar : I just got here, so the way things are, none of us can be accused of being fair weather fans. If they de-nerf her, no one will be happier than I.
You guys can just hang out and talk if you want… there’s no need to be on topic all the time.
Funny thing about learning Lucio, I actually played Lucio better in Overwatch after learning how to play him in Heroes of the Storm. I learned all of the other supports as best I could by playing Mystery Heroes.
Ayyy I’m a godly Mercy and love the character so
I am probably the worst Mercy player right now but I love her as much as you do. I might need to switch to vs. AI to learn all the mechanics, such as flying around the screen. Quick Match tends to punish mistakes very quickly.
@Ragnarok013: I really hope they port Mercy to HOTS, but that may not be possible because Lt. Morales has a healing beam. That’s the only similarity, though, so hopefully she’ll grace the Nexus at some point.
