These patch notes has come from private discord server they use to communicate with some content creators. In fact, many of these changes come from them. They don’t consult statistics, they just ask opinions from half a dozen people who say they are “pro” Overwatch players.

This is the third time that patch notes have been leaked on these servers. The previous leaked patch notes were when the Workshop Projectiles feature entered the game. And the same thing happened, it leaked two weeks before the update came out.
