Honestly Zenyatta has almost always been well balanced. Even back when discord was 50% he was offset by having 150 HP. I agree with the changes to both discord and his health, but he’s never been OP or oppressive and requires some of more demanding mechanical and positioning skill in the game.
Winston has been meta for as long as Zenyatta.
