Moira’s cylinder hitbox on her beam is too big.
If were not going to tighten it because of how forgiving it is then that’s fine. 
I’ll keep abusing how easy it is. 
It’s like everyone is abusing how good rein is on the moment. It’s just called: play the character well. The beam is not the problem. It’s the balance when to heal and when to damage what makes her difficult. 90% of the moira play DPS have all gold but still lose because they forgott what role they picked.
Those players still want Rein fixed. shrug
Because he is buggy. That’s ok that they fix some bugs.
