You’ve clearly never played Widow if you complain about her.
She’s insanely easy to avoid, punish, or make miss through LOS or WASD crouching / not moving in predictable straight lines.
Half the roster can kill her insane fast at mid range.
Plus everyone n their mom goes sombra after two seconds and don’t get me started on how easy widow is to kill even if you’re bad at landing virus.

Ahhh I remember when I use to be below gold and my widows couldn’t hit the side of a barn on Havana or Circuit Royal… Good times… Good times.
Now they just set back with a full team ready to pocket and peel for then while they just click heads all game ^_^.

its crazy how widow forces your team to play a barrier hero so you dont get deleted instantly, or forcing a sombra swap just to deal with her
in polls that asked players who were their most hated heroes, widow is usually second to sombra in most elos
so not exactly a karen post when players from all elos hate this character

I agree if we are using you as the main example.
To be fair, while we don’t have exact numbers from Blizzard, most estimates place over 50% of the playerbase in Plat and below. Since Blizz clearly has a hard time with pro leagues, appealing to us filthy casuals might be the way to go.
Regarding Widow specifically, I like what Alex had to say on her in another topic:
All of those points combined is what’s led to the Widow hate imo. The Sombra’s will continue to be picked until morale improves.

Never in the history of these forums have I ever seen a more true post.
The cracked out players with godly aim are maybe 5% of Widows you see in matches. The other 95% have average aim and poor avoidance skills. They only play Widow as long as they can get away with it, because most dps players are too lazy to go chase her down and they get to sit there all day playing practice range.
I will swap to PHARAH yes, PHARAH and annihilate Widows into quitting most of the time. I even do this with Mercy when I ult. I make Widows quit with Mercy and it’s hilarious.
Sadly you have Karen like the above mentioned saying one shot for snipers should be removed so no matter how much sense you make, it will never be a win. Also prob another reason why no one listens to lower ranks, cuz the most vocal is these type of person
