So you know that they keep them in mind, not that they exclusively make their patches for them right?
Then it would be factually true as well that if they dont state that they are making them 100% for the owl and the top that the rest, maybe 10% of the patches are for the bottom, if 90% is for the top

Right but as long as this is all I know that they keep in mind, assuming that they keep anything else in mind is false.

No, im not telling you to assume anything, im telling you to put the probability of a situation over a possibility of another situation
For example if a hurricane flew through a small village, or through a huge city.
The probability is that the hurricane would cost more lives and property damage in the huge city rather than in the small village, but the possibility is that it would be the other way round.
Putting probability over a smaller possibility is the right thing to do in most cases

Probability is mathematical. What formula did you use to calculate the probability of them keeping low ranks in mind as opposed to what flavour donut Geoff had for breakfast?
Probability isnt necessarily an incredibly complex thing to crack, just thinking logically about what the the possibilities are between 2 different things and you should be able to crack it.
I would say that its more probable that the rest of the patch is for lower ranks, while not necessarily for maybe the bottom 500 people, but for lower than GM rather than the succulent breakfast of our beloved Geoff.
If youd have to try to calculate every single situation you come across youll spend more time calculating things than living, since life is a constant of probabilities and possibilities.

For our to be justified in use somebody besides you has to be present who also falls under that category. I see nobody besides you so in fact it was then your improper use of the word “our” that lead to this. Just one of the many pitfalls of speaking without thinking things through and using proper facts.

Who were the experimental patches for?
In each of these, neither Orisa nor Sigma were so far ahead that they were getting mirror matched by the playerbase. And yet they were the ones that kept getting nerfed. All it did was solidify Reinhard and Zarya for the rest of us while they kept nerfing them at GM.
So far, their balance patches are certainly for GM, while the rest of ladder got more and more locked to Rein/Zar.

Unless you clarify that you are with someone your use of the word “our” is improper as there is no way to determine who is encapsulated in the word “our”. But it’s ok, I forgive you for purposefully making misleading posts to fuel an agenda.
Not necessarily, as it could be the clarification to me not being alone.
