Nope I just checked and it’s still not fixed for me unfortunately. If anyone got their rewards after this update though please let us know.

Where does it say that we can’t post in the known issues thread? Was there some email you received or was the posting function blocked for you for some reason?
Edit: Nevermind, I just looked and it seems the known issues thread has been closed from accepting new posts entirely. Not sure why its been closed all of a sudden but that’s still a shame.

It really is hard not to doom about some of the things in this game lol this seems like such a simple fix and they’ve “acknowledged” it is an issue that shouldn’t have happened in some of the tickets. And yet… :slight_smile:

I agree, it’s become increasingly easy to feel discouraged considering the current state of the game. But I’ll say it here again for those who need to hear it. We didn’t fight through hell and make it to top 500 by losing hope. Keep interacting with these posts and wait as long as it takes for them to give us what we earned.

With the amount of stuff they gotta fix, it may take a while… Though with how underwhelming our events are, they should have a lot of free time mmh.

All support tickets I’ve created about this issue have been closed, claiming I did not receive Top 500 rewards as there must have been a competitive penalty placed on my account and accounts with a penalty within the season do not get end of season rewards. There were no competitive penalties placed on my account during any part of the season.

I included the link to this thread in my support tickets showing others having the same issue and they are still claiming there is no bug. To this day, you can still view the Season 36 leader board in game and see it only shows rank 1 through rank 287, as everyone below rank 287 was removed from the leader board due to this bug.

I suggest everyone affected by this continue to submit their own support tickets and link to this thread, as Blizzard seems content with ignoring the issue.

That is frustrating to hear. Competitive penalties are definitely not the reason we are have not received our rewards. Regardless, we still need to continue bumping up our posts in the forums so the issue gets more visibility.

I hadn’t even noticed the amount of work put into compiling the list of forum posts on this topic in the op, so many related but different issues around T500 rewards kinda wild. I did get some form of reply on my ticket which feels like the final response:

"We would like to start by thanking you for your patience for I know you have been waiting for some time to receive a reply. I can assure you we are working diligently to drive down our response times so we can get to everyone much faster.

I’m afraid we don’t have an ETA on when it will be resolved, and due to the special nature of how this mechanic works, it’s not something customer support can finesse on our end sadly, so we’ll need to wait for Dev to get this up and running.

Now while I am not able to tinker with that, I did however create a report for us to start tracking additional reports on this however we still ask that you take a moment to also send in a bug report about this to our developers through the option in the Help Menu. While you won’t receive a response back, this gathers up a bunch of information that we are otherwise unable to get which our developers can use to help track down and squish bugs (link to bug report forum lol)"

Overall seems maybe promising that they have this “report” to help track how many reports there are on this issue - so ig keep bumping/bugging them about it as it has always been

edit: also wouldn’t be a bad idea for us to like all of the relevant posts listed in the OP (like the S36 ones) to try and help gain some more traction

It’s not the response I was hoping for but I do appreciate their transparency. Too bad all the support responses essentially boil down to “I’m sorry you were unable to receive your reward, but only the developers can resolve that issue not the support, but thanks for your patience anyways.” The report they created though might actually be quite helpful but I’m assuming that’s something only the support staff have access to. If you can, reply to that support ticket again with a link to my post since it lists almost all the posts they are looking for that report. And as always, liking and replying to the posts listed also helps.

I just sent another ticket as well and got a response in just 16 hours acknowledging the list of posts I made. Let’s hope it is a sign of future good news.
