Yesterday I played using the new-cross play on the switch for about an hour or so before deciding I didn’t care for it. I turned off cross-play and all of my ranked progress for the season vanished immediately. I was at 2200 or so in all 3 roles and open que, which was a lot of work especially with long que times on the switch. I even tried to start grinding again but new ranked games don’t count towards anything, it still says 0/10 placements after.
The ranked season ends in a week and I’m really concerned I won’t get any of the points I worked so hard for. Please help! Thank you.
EDIT: I turned cross-play back on and now I can see the rank fine. Are we forced to use cross-play now in order to play ranked?
