(Stylosa) Cost of acquiring everything in OW2

(I know someone buying EVERYTHING is unrealistic… but still. :skull:)

I mean while I am far, far from having that kind of money, I am sure there are people out there who could without thinking. Is that wrong?

Didn’t you know? Skins that used to be free in a $40 game are now worth the price of a good used car.

Try to research what it costs to have everything in Fortnite, Apex, CoD or Valorant and then compare. Good luck.

It’s a shame the only thing you guys can say is “look at other games”. I guess Overwatch is just another game now.

they’ve probably priced it assuming that most people only play 1/2 heroes as their main

so you can divide that $12000 by 32 and then you come out with about $60/year/hero

(which is high but not completely unreasonable)

Somebody always brings this up for every single F2P game. You’re not meant to complete the collection, you just have to move on from that idea.

Get ready for shady illegal sites that sells “og” ow accounts basically everyone will brag now in ow2…

It always was “just another game”. In 2016 it was just another game with lootboxes. Now it’s just another game with a BP and a rotating shop.

In 2016 it was a breath of fresh air for the FPS genre. In 2022 it’s a laughing stock.

And it’s going to be a breath of fresh air now too. As much as you’d like to deny it, there is still nothing like OW2 out right now. I don’t want to play another BR or CSGO clone and overwatch 2 is neither.

It’ll be risky to buy an account without a new phone number to transfer it to. If you keep the old owner’s phone number they can take the account back from you at any time.

Just like people did in OW1 with the pre-order accounts… It’s nothing new in a game where you get special rewards for being there from the start.

People are desperate and like to brag nowadays

Bruh if someone wanted to buy 4 old legendary skins thats like $100. The price of a game edition that comes with dlcs and other stuff. The greed is high

Yes, yes it is.

If that means my account is now worth $10k, I’m off to ebay guys. Who’s laughing now, Bobby?!

Were they supposed to give all the old ow1 skins to new players for free?

Were they supposed to just leave it that only players who had ow1 could get them?

Should they have made them super cheap because their “old”?

What did you expect them to do here?
