Previous post here: Still not given player title for end of season rank
I ranked twice before this patch still within Diamond on season 4 and no rewards were given. I saw the splash screen that told me I got the rank rewards at the start of season 4 also. As I check today, I still did not get my competitive points or my player title for finishing within Diamond rank for season 3.
