Still have not been able to play at all since the update

It is now day three of not being able to play the game after paying for the battlepass. I cannot shoot my primary or secondary weapons using mouse left and right click. If I remap them to the keyboard, they work. Obviously, this does not help, and one cannot paly like that. I have tested every hero in the gallery, and any that have abilities with icons for left or right click at the bottom or missing. In setting, everything is correct, both in the general hero settings and the individual hero settings. I have reset settings, scanned and repaired, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, unplugged everything and plugged it back in.
At this point, I am really irritated, and annoyed that I can’t play the game that not only did i just drop more money on for a battlepass, but have been playing with no issues since 2018. Hopefully the submit tickets gets a response soon, or this gets seen, since the first one did not.

I attempted to remove all overlays, reinstalled the mouse drivers, reset all the settings, checked game files again.

DewBug really needs the help here and I’m all out of ideas.

Have you tried using a different mouse?

Yup, I tried several, and different usb ports, as well.

I’m having the same issue. Updating my report everyday… nothing has helped. It’s awful and no one seems to be talking about it. If they reach out to you, lmk :')

Idk if this will work but try changing the binds in the main menu outside of a game. Not inside the practice range, custom games etc. I had issues with the perk selection keybind on some heroes until I tried changing it outside of the practice range.

Gave this a try - didn’t fix this bug unfortunately.

I have now logged on to three different computers and it is exactly the same on all of them. But, my partner can log in and play no problem, on the exact same device…

Hello - I am very sorry you’re experiencing this issue. We are working on a fix, but we believe if you globally reset your input settings to default it should allow you to play immediately.

One user responded to my same bug report: do NOT reset all of your settings. Inputting sens on all heroes is a pain. Go to the Perks settings (you can use the search tool to find them). Reset the perk select to default rather than left or right click. Go to one of the affected heroes and set their specific profile to default, then back to your preferred settings. This solved the bug on all of my heroes.
