No they shouldn’t look into it. Just because she annoys me doesn’t mean she needs reworks or nerfs or removal. This game is naturally triggering because it’s so unique. I don’t want any hero removed for the most part and even though I genuinely hate zarya I can acknowledge she isn’t OP. She isn’t breaking the game. And some people enjoy her play style a lot. Just because I hate zarya doesn’t mean she needs changes or removal. You’re confusing personal opinions with statistical balance. Sombra isn’t breaking this game. She isn’t even breaking the tank role. Support go further to make tanks life hell than most dps. Sombra is in a good place and doesn’t need another rework or nerfs. She’s just fine. It’s your own idea of fun and you trying to get the game made just for you. Sombra is super fun and sometimes can be fun to play against when you get good at it.
the reason why people hate zarya is the same reason why people hate kunai spies in tf2, and also good genji players and that is unaware teammates.
in these cases it is more often that it is your own team that is killing each other, rather than the enemy

I bet you asked thousands of players what tyey think about an invisible character being able to shut down ultimates with an ability that requires no aim, timing and can’t be baited out and comes at essentially no cost, they’d say “yeah that doesn’t sound fun” and if you asked them if it should be removed, they’d say yes
Totally. Obviously she counters them less now.
Thankfully the hero isn’t that.
Shutting down ults does require timing and positioning, the ability can be baited out, there is a cost to it, and she isn’t invisible while she does so.
There are plenty of other abilities that can cancel ults, but they pretty much all require some degree of skill and have much longer cooldowns.
For example, Bap’s lamp can negate ultimates, but you have to aim and time it well and the cooldown is 25 seconds. Compare that to hack, which is a 6-second CD and has auto-aim and is ALSO attached to a hyper-mobile invisible hero.
IMO the abilities that are easy to pull off and are complete play denial abilities, designed to deny the play of others are not fun and should not hard counter ults.
Lamp, suzu, grip. These abilities are pure play denial. AKA fun police.
Abilities like Sleep are denying plays by making plays. Skill shots. These are fair imo. I’d even consider Mei wall near this category because many of her interactions require timing. You can block off the Hog hook for instance, or Pharah barrage etc. She needs to be in a position usually in danger to pull of these walls too, although it is likely somewhere in between play making and play denial. So many still find her annoying.
Hack might be somewhere in between too. It’s required for Sombra to pull off all of her plays, and often can require great timing. But the fact she can do it so easily because of being invisible and catching off guard, and it’s not a skillshot… Makes it a grey area.
