how the heck do ppl not understand using her old (temporary stealth) style for a future different version (as in 1 that doesnt exist and is a concept for the topic)

I think they do understand it, and honestly wouldn’t be apposed to it, but, again it comes down to details.

a cooldown before reactivating stealth (on a moderate cd longer than it was/is) so can’t engage, have to retreat via trans, then heal and stealth back right away.

Yep, but all of this would have to be offset with other things in their kit, and given Blizzard can’t afford for her to be an assassin, or a hack monster, the question is, what is she to get value from?

That is a bigger question than all of the things people want her to be weaker at. What is she to be stronger at?

Because there is a lot of buffing from her current state which is needed, and even more from the changes which nerfing trans and stealth would have to give.

Healing / Buffs is an obvious set of course, as you I think pointed out.

They could at least give her some small buffs so she’s at least playable until the rework comes through. Not back to her OP state, but a little damage buff or something. Leaving her in the gutter for an indefinite amount of time is really messed up. (They didn’t even confirm it’d be ready by S4. That’s just their aim)
