After today’s patch, I have gotten extreme frame drops when I try hacking in a big team fight on PS4. I can confirm it happens on Xbox as well via a Reddit post. If video evidence is needed, I can provide it.

Same issue here. PS4.
I’ve played a several matches practice vs the A.I. today, and the frame rate when hacking drops horribly.
Finished up arcade no limits a bit ago, same issue.
Either the more characters/players or a plethora of activity while attempting a hack drops it horribly.
Yeah, while playing on Xbox today in No Limits, every time I hacked as Sombra, the frame rates tanked.
I was also having the same issue on Xbox in quick play.
Yeah I’ve had the same problem as well. It’s really annoying.

Happens to me as well (Xbox). Has anyone tested match without Hammond to see if he is in part the cause of it?
can confirm this happens to me, too. On PS4. Some hacks are better than others, but some hacks are REALLY REALLY bad re: frame drops. At one point I wasn’t sure which character I ended up hacking.
I am having the same issue on PS4 as well. Happened to me in Comp, Quickplay and No Limits. It has caused me to hack the wrong target many times now.
They fixed it on PTR it should be live with the next patch
