I really hope its a new Sword-Wielding Tank Hero but its probably going to be a Reinhardt crossover skin:
A skin/weapon crossover with WoW would be great but a new Tank hero would be awesome

Not sure I’m a fan of that, though - they’re already having a whale of a time trying to launch The War Within without it being buggy as heck.
Its a WoW crossover as the expansion for WoW launches in about 2 weeks.

Just Warcraft skins. Look at Diablo 4 right now. They are also doing a Warcraft crossover. If I played horde more, I probably would have gotten the Sylvanis set for my rogue.
The question is how many skins will we get and who else might they be?

They already said the mythic weapon is for Ana this season.

Rein getting an Optimus skin, a Mythic Weapon and another collab skin within the span of two months would be insane.

Ok 2 possibilities…
blizz crossover with Arthas as a skin…my guess would be Rein (though I hope not - see below)…along with other heroes (or just arthas)
Just a frostmourne weapon skin
Now if this is the case I hope it’s not rein cause he already has a mythic and a light weapon…plus I don’t think the weapon works
First of all frostmourne is a sword…and a sword kinda has to be of a certain size or it looks weird…reins hammer is like larger than him and he holds it in the middle….it would look very weird if it was that big….plus rein would have to hold it in a weird way or the hilt would have to be comically long for it to work…the only way I see it working for rein is if it’s a polearm or a scythe with the sword at the end….i don’t like either option
So who could a sword work for:
Genji only has his sword during ult
Brig has a flail so I don’t think it would work
Illari might work but I don’t see the model they showed opening up in middle
I think the only one it makes sense for is JQ as replacing the axe with a sword shouldn’t be too hard….problem is she’s usually holding a gun…so you would only see it while swinging the axe
In other words….
It’s going to be for rein and it’s going to look weird….UGH
WoW crossover makes sense.

It’s pretty much confirmed Rein. It’s the same emote Rein already has of him slamming his hammer down and kneeling and it has the same yellow line VFX and sound effects around it when he does it. You can also see the shadow of the character for a split second and it’s way too big and bulky to be anyone else.
SAME AAAAA I saw a concept art for it years ago and have wanted it ever since! Although I’d prefer a Quel’dorei high elf over a Blood Elf as I think the color scheme would match her beams more!!
