There’s patches and then there’s “changes to the live server without patches”

Instead of changing Overwatch.exe on the players computers , they changed server_config.ini on the servers

So basically they pushed the stuff that didn’t require changes to Overwatch.exe

Which is why the cracks in Mei’s icewall, and logic changes on stuns overlapping didn’t go Live.
