I think most of this was mentioned in the original suit? At least some of it. It just didn’t get as much attention as the sexual harassment stuff. This is just the developer proto-union filing a suit in addition to the State of California.

Actually I’ve long since moved on. Only really play if my friends want to. For the most part my time is being put into Tales of Arise which is actually a really fun game.

kind of reminds me of all the Fallout 76 controversy with that game and bethesda. although thats just the game and crappy products. this is more serious because it involves people and employees and sexual harrasment. i thought nothing would ever top the fallout 76 controversy, boy i was wrong

Overwatch is just a basic hero shooter. If these talented people are truly passionate about making games without these scummy leeches and the rest of it then why don’t they make a new company? You can grab the Unreal Engine and plop out a hero shooter no problem. Can’t afford legitimate copies of 3DsMax? Just pirate it, or use Blender.
I’m an indie dev and I can afford food at my local cafeteria. 
No one sexually harasses me while I’m animating. There’s no BobbyKotick breathing down my neck.
