Servers keep crashing (Season 11) *Battle.net problem?

Add me on discord zander1999 I have a group chat of people having the error lc-208.001 which is preventing us from logging In ranging from February to juno. I got it a day or two after season 11

Itā€™s been happening for me ever since last season and they still havenā€™t fixed the issue. Iā€™m never kicked out or lag in any other online game but Iā€™m always kicked out (and sometimes LOGGED OUT) when I play Overwatch. Iā€™ve never had this issue in previous seasons or other games either. And now Iā€™m getting QP penalties because of it

I sent them a slip and they sent one back and im now having troubles with it but i no longer get the penaltys from it

Servers are spiking again. Went from 40ms latency to 80+. Whole lobby complained of it too. Wonder how many posts itā€™ll take for them to acknowledge this. So far weā€™re at over 60

With this many comments and posts it very OBVIOUSLY isnā€™t an issue on our side. I think Bliz just doesnā€™t want to deal with it and lose half of their player base in the process. When I opened overwatch yesterday it said thereā€™s going to be maintenance done on Wednesday, if nothing changes, I guess Iā€™m done with the game even though I just started playing a couple months ago

It was at over 200 a few weeks ago. People just got tired of complaining, which was probably blizzards goal.

Same issue here, Wired connection, (ORD1, Ontario, Cogeco 1Gig Fiber) no ping or latency issues recently but since the s11 patch, Iā€™ve been Finding matches, just to get a ā€œServer closedā€ error and get suspended. Luckily I donā€™t play as much as I used to or it wouldā€™ve led to a Season ban by now.

Similar issues are going on with me too where I just get kicked from matches because of this disconnecting issues

Idk whatā€™s going on but Iā€™m just getting penalties for the servers disconnecting, Iā€™ve even reported it but itā€™s still not resolved

I believe not just me but some players are facing this issue too. Iā€™m currently in Asia server (Playstation), lost connection to the server for no reason, just gives me a notice that says Lost Connection to Server (LC-202). When I reconnect, try to join a new match, got suspended. Itā€™s NOT our network problem, other games work just fine. Pls fix this issue ASAP, Technical Issue forum also mentioned about this issue too, pls fix it, Overwatch is a game I enjoy but I canā€™t play it these days.

Just had four people crash in a comp game. Players live on opposite parts of the country. Crazy this hasnā€™t been addressed

Can Blizzard fix this issue already? Itā€™s getting worse, didnā€™t even queue for a match, just trying to practice my aim in the practice range, and I lost connection to the game server again. I repeat, itā€™s NOT our problem.

Keep getting disconnected from matches on console, itā€™s been bad this season and makes me not want to even play anymore, especially after suspensions kick in, come on Blizzard -_-

It seems like the closer we get to the end of the season the worse the problem becomes. At first it would be a couple of games a day. No big deal since it was happening hours apart. About a week ago I stopped playing comp completely because it was happening every other game. Last night in arcade it crashed literally every single game. If it wasnā€™t me it was my boyfriend. Weā€™ve done all of the troubleshooting tips they suggested and did not see an improvement at all.

Thereā€™s 4 gamers in my house and we all play different games. Majority of them are online games. The only game we all have issues with is Overwatch 2. Overwatch 2 either lags so horrifically that you canā€™t even hit a shot or just kicks you from the server completely. I canā€™t tell how many times Iā€™ve watched at teammates and enemies just float off to the distance and then suddenly Iā€™m transported somewhere else. Blizzard needs to fix this and stop sending the same troubleshooting tips that arenā€™t working.

I think you may be interested to know that I found someone who is on very high end hardware who is experiencing both the disconnection problem you are experiencing and the crashing problem I am experiencing at the same time.

As a mercy main myself I really couldnā€™t have cared less about her rezzes not counting

This is a much bigger issue and seems to be happening globally, not just bc of one persons bad wifi

Itā€™s get really frustrating when a human actually responds to your ticket and says itā€™s a problem your end and not their end.

And back when I first had the issue (June 22nd) and got that response I generally thought it could be me.

But up until now with countless attempts of trying to fix my network in any sort of way, with me just recently replacing my router (Which of course still didnā€™t fix it) It has become painfully obvious how itā€™s more their issue and not ours.

They canā€™t even chalk it up to be a regional issue since theyā€™ve been similar cases around the globe. I personally believe it was the season 11 patch (June 20th) that caused the mess.

At this point Iā€™m just waiting for a streamer to get this issue so this can actually be looked at lol.

I and many other people were experiencing issues before the patch. I was HOPING the patch was to FIX the problem, maybe theyā€™d fix it without ever acknowledging it(wishful thinking), but with STILL no response from blizzard, 3 even 4 months later, I shouldā€™ve known it wouldnā€™t fix anything.

Blizzard sold off to Microsoft but things didnā€™t go better at allā€¦though Microsoft is known to release updates that ruin things, a lot, so guess nothing new in this department for both of themā€¦and yes it was the season 11 patch, you are absolutely correct.
