I have a problem with my account or something, every time I enter a game or try to stay in the menu, I get kicked with a message that says: server error / disconnected. After the message disappears, a red text appears that says the server has been disconnected. I have been experiencing this problem for a while and I want to know if it is because of my internet or something similar, since I used to play without problems. Also, I have been suspended from playing. I would like to know what I can do to play again. I am on Xbox Series S. I hope you can solve my question and the problem. Thank you very much
