@Tweaks that fix Bastion (no rework needed)

They are: Armour/base-health ratio becomes 150/150 (From 100/200) 0.5 sec transformation into recon (from 1.0 sec) Instantly cancel self-repair (currently can’t cancel it for first 1.1 sec of use) The Big Changes Bastion can now survive the Hook combo well enough if you can turn away and protect your head hitbox and also activate self-repair. These sound like changes to make Bastion less bad, but won’t really fix him.

Bastion in sentry mode would still instantly die to a team that drops down on him. Bastion in recon mode still can’t secure any kills due to lack of burst damage and high healing.

I don’t see how this fixes any of his issues tbh. If roadhog hooks you, you’re hooked out of position and you’ll probably die regardless. You never dive Bastion with only D.Va, add in a Hanzo, Genji and Reinhardt swinging at him and that extra 50 armor won’t even feel like it exists.
