Hi,
I played around 55 games of open queue and ended 3200. It said I was Top 500 at this rank yesterday before the servers went down.
I checked today and I don’t have the icon, and it says that I was no longer top 500 despite there being only around 200 people on the leaderboards, including those lower than me.
I was wondering if this could be resolved, as I’d like my icon and spray 
Same with me. Upvote similar threads and submit ticket if you can
They won’t fix this because they don’t care

You are not alone in experiencing this bug. I have created a more centralized spot to keep our evidence of our missing Top 500 placement and rewards for Season 36. Here’s yet another bump for this thread.
Top 500 has been released and I have won 25 games on console. Looking at the leaderboard I should be in the 200s. I am in Grandmaster 2. My name is not on the leaderboard. Also on the Overwatch 2 website when I login it shows my xbox account is linked but it says my profile can’t be found.
I am assuming this is for Season 5 of Overwatch 2 and not Season 36 of Overwatch 1, correct? In that case, you are not alone in experiencing this bug of appearing on the leaderboards. Still nothing for me either. I also had this bug for this past season of Competitive Mystery Heroes, where I was ranked Masters 1 with about 55 games played. Almost a year later and nothing lol.
Well, I do have some ideas as to why you might not have appeared on the leaderboards. I made a list of them on the competitive bugs megathread if you’d like to read through those. The Competitive Bugs Megathread - #318 by Azdyph-1127. My guess is that you did not meet the 50 minimum wins requirement, but it might very well be the case that the leaderboard was bugged again.
And I’m not sure if you saw this message, but I would still gladly accept any evidence you have of your Top 500 placement from Season 36. Any screenshots or videos or any evidence from before the leaderboards were bugged. Just upload them to any file-sharing website and paste the link in the comments, with spaces so that it doesn’t get recognized, and I will add it to the megathread. I’d really appreciate it.

Azdyph remembers as well. And I wish I could go back and take screenshots of all my stat pages too. It was the only evidence that remained of my efforts, and now it is all gone for good. And worryingly, I don’t seem to care as much about this loss as much I thought I would…
I’m very close to stop caring at all. About Overwatch as a whole, that is.
Often times I wonder how bittersweet it would be if I suddenly quit the game. But seeing as how I haven’t yet despite all that’s happened, it will be quite a while longer I imagine. If you do quit before I do though, I would be sorry to see you go.
Haven’t logged in for quite some time now… I’ll eventually log back in because I wanna do all 200 levels of the BP, but that’s depressing.
