Same my season 15 stats vanished, Funny thing is that i can see my season 15 stats on the ptr.
they seems to be ingnoring these threads I have seen a good few of them pop up
Over a month and still no response, pretty pathetic tbh
Update, my season 16 stats have finally appeared.
Same for me 
My season 16 stats were deleted as well. They told me that reporting a bug was the only way this was going to be fixed. I’m planning on ticketing again tomorrow. Please get back Blizzard Devs!
