RTX render device lost

TDR errors can be difficult to diagnose since it cause be caused by various things. Likely each of the crashes are caused by separate issues. To help keep things linear and aligned with each diagnosis separate, can each of you create your own separate threads or contact our Technical Support team for further assistance?

A lot of situations may require further diagnosis by our Technical Support team or by a local technician with specific Event Viewer or testing done on the specific system.

As a reminder, please test in Training Co-op modes for a few rounds before moving to quickplay or arcade modes.

@ VirtualLuka, were you able to try testing the steps provided in the previous post?

@Twiggiella, have you tried the primary thread’s work around with OverwatchTest.exe?

There are the same LKD (Live Kernel Event) errors are showing up, which may continue to occur if the workaround does not work or has already been done.

@ Kelem, the only real concerns is the slight temperature since Piledrivers are fairly sensitive with temperatures. It doesn’t look like its overclocking or boost clocking by much, but might be something to play around with and look into. I would advise contacting our Technical Support, but this may be related to software/system concerns that we’ll want to investigate further into.
